FCC Palomino Foundation - Football with Heart

Fútbol con Corazón (FCC Palomino) is a foundation dedicated to transforming the lives of children and young people in Palomino through soccer, education, and responsible ecotourism. We believe in the power of sport as a tool for social change, offering young people in the region opportunities to grow, learn, and dream.

Through sports training programs, educational support, and community activities, FCC Palomino works to foster values such as teamwork, discipline, and respect, while providing tools for their holistic development. Our mission is to empower children and young people, helping them achieve a better and more promising future.

The support we provide also extends to local communities, with initiatives that promote responsible ecotourism and environmental stewardship.

With Football with Heart, we play for a better future for Palomino.

Aité Eco Resort's Social Commitment

Theater with heart TCC.

Performing arts for the soul of Palomino

Every summer, Aité Eco Resort is proud to support a beautiful community project led by Emilia, our CEO Paula's daughter, who has turned her love of art into a bridge to the heart of Palomino. Together with the local school, Emilia coordinates a free performing arts program for children, where they put on a musical and learn about musical theater, while developing core values such as community, hard work, creativity, and self-expression.

Palomino isn't just Aité's home; it's a magical place full of life and contrasts: barefoot children playing with deflated balls, entire families traveling the road on a single motorcycle, women wearing colorful guajira blankets, rivers that rise in the Sierra Nevada and end in the Caribbean Sea. It's a land where adversity and hope coexist.

This program is born from Emilia's deep connection to this land. There's no emotion that compares to arriving at school and seeing those ten pairs of bright eyes—her little ones—walking there alone just to sing, dance, and live out the story she wrote for them. Their daily smiles are a reminder of the transformative power of art and of our commitment as Aité to sow beauty, culture, and opportunity where they are most needed.
